Refund Policy

At VitalCare Services, we respect your time and ours. Please take a moment review our refund and cancellation policies before scheduling your appointment. Cancellations can be made without penalty if done at least 24 hours in; however, a $50 late cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your. All services are non-refundable once administered, and prepaid services can only be refunded if canceled at least 24 hours prior. For weight loss programs, refunds may be prorated if canceled early, minus consultation supply fees, and no refunds will be issued once medication is dispensed. Additionally, missed appointments will incur a $50 no-show fee, and future bookings may require prepayment. Thank you for your understanding!
